ART Loft
The ART Loft is an exhibition-conversion of the K35 Gallery into an apartment Loft Space for an Artist. The ART Loft brings together different design pieces as well as bespoke furniture designed by MOBO.
We wanted to make a clear separation of domestic spaces, and at the same make visible the physical attributes of the whole interior of the building.
In order to achieve this idea, we created partitions made out of a series of vertical elements creating a balance between solid and empty. This allows to perceive the space in different ways depending on the visitor's position.
The giant glass separations contain printed artworks of iconic artists who presented their work previously in the gallery. These pieces separate the spaces adding a sensation of' depth and translucency to the "Art Loft".
